DO YOU GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY?

Some have questioned if my jewelry is "authentic" and if I can guarantee it.  Actually, I can.  But you would have to take my word for it.

I can tell you that I only work with the best quality material available.  I have done extensive research and have educated myself enough to know what is real and what isn't.  If you're still not convinced, you can always get it appraised by a trustworthy jeweler.

The disturbing truth is that a lot of people have bought jewelry that they thought was real.  For instance, opal and turquoise.  The fact is it's either dyed to look like turquoise (howlite) or is man-made (simulated).  You really have to be an educated consumer when it comes to these things.

AM I RECEIVING EXACTLY WHAT IS PICTURED?

Yes, unless noted otherwise.  Sometimes I use one photograph of a particular design, but then I make and sell replicas of the same design.  Be sure to check all the descriptions of the jewelry so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.  I try to make the descriptions as informative as possible.

IMPORTANT

I try to capture all images to the best of my ability.  Certain factors such as lighting, your monitor, etc. may alter the coloring to some degree.

Some photographs of the jewelry are enlarged to show detail.  I try to be as accurate as possible with the actual size in the descriptions.

WHAT KIND OF METALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR JEWELRY?

I prefer using other metals over sterling silver or solid gold.  If I do use silver or gold, they are usually plated over some other type of metal.

Sterling silver is a very soft metal, which means it can scratch easily.  It can also bend and lose it's shape over time.  You will also find yourself having to clean it often to keep the tarnish at bay.

I often choose alloy, brass or pewter in place of sterling silver because they withstand the wear and tear over time much better.

As for solid gold, it is a more durable metal than silver, but it can be costly.  I usually use gold-filled or gold-plated components or other types of metals to keep the price of my jewelry within a reasonable range.

*Please note that I typically only use sterling silver or solid gold if someone requests it for a custom/personalized order.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

I do custom orders, but costumers must take into consideration the length of time it takes to order and receive the material, the design process and the work involved with executing the design.  Therefore, if you need something by a specific time frame, please let me know at least two months ahead of time.

The time it takes to create each piece varies and the same goes for the cost.  Please inquire within.

All custom orders will require a down payment fee of 50% of the total cost.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All of the prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

DO YOU HAVE SALES?

All jewelry is at a set price.  However, there will be occasions where there are price reductions, so keep checking back periodically.

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?

Follow all the guidelines in the Care Instructions section of this website on how to make your jewelry last.  I will not repair jewelry that has been mishandled.

IF YOU STILL HAVE A QUESTION THAT ISN'T ANSWERED ABOVE, KINDLY SEND ME A MESSAGE.
